Ullas House
Ulla`s House is a bungalow with one bedroom and a great
seating-area to chill out. The open living room with fully
equipped kitchen is a comfortable place for four people.
A wonderful tropical garden with private pool, bale and
pond is great for relaxing.
Ulla's House is best for two people, but although possible for parents with
two children. The kids can sleep on the bedroom-sofa (2 m x 0,80 m and 2,20
m x 0,80 m).

Nandi´s
Nandi´s is an original old Javanese
Joglo-house.
The walls, ceiling and windows are handcarved
teakwood and the
house is furnished with antiques.
When the warm morning sunlight floods in through
the carvnings, you feel taken back to the golden age of Java.
The 65 m2 combined living and bed room with a
large 1,80 x 2,00m
Javanese bed is ideal for two guests, but provides
enough space for
additional mattresses if needed.
The kitchen and dining area under the roofed
veranda
offer a wonderful view toward the private swimming
pool and garden
with two "bales", the wonderful Balinese raised
and roofed platforms
to lounge and relax in.
The attached bathroom is designed with teakwood and
yellow marble
mosaic, the semi open room provides a nice view to
a small "jungle garden".
Nandi is in the Hindu mythology the name
of Shiva´s bull.

Villa Pagoda
Villa Pagoda is a 3-level building with two seperate
bedrooms. Best and cosy for two, Villa Pagoda
offers also enough space for four guests. The open living
area is directly connected to to the pool and the inside
living area with its fully equipped
kitchen. The bathroom with a „ lotos design“ bathtub
opens to an inner courtyard and the roof terrace which
offers spectacular views to vulcanos and ricefields invites
for sunbathing and relaxing. In the private tropical garden
you will find lotos ponds and some balinese huts („bales“)
for relaxation as well.

Naga Naga
Naga Naga is a spacious balinese style
bungalow situated on 700 m2 land with a wonderful tropical
garden and two lotosponds. The Villa is luxurious and cosy
for two, but has also enough space for to five guests.
The open modern kitchen and dining area offers great views
into the garden. A spacious „verandah
style“ living room is open to another secluded garden
with the swimming pool, an extra plunge pool and a garden
pavillion which can be used as a sleepingroom. The garden
is surrounded by high walls and gives
total priacy to the guests. The „chinese„ alcove,
part of the living room, is perfect for relaxing and can
be used as a separated sleeping room at night. Upstairs
there is another spacious (30 m2) bedroom which offers
great views to the vulcanos and the surrounding ricefields.
The open bathroom with an open air terazzo bathtub is part
of the fusion design of the house - a traditional balinese
architecture and antique furniture combined with modern
western elegant and artistic design. The 60 m2 living area
can also be used for Yoga groups , which need a meditative
and private atmosphere and Naga Naga is an ideal spot for
honeymooners too.
Naga is a sign of the chinese zodiac and is the sanskrit
name for the holy dragon – snake a famous mythological
animal in all Asian countries. In India and Bali very often
it is shown as a pair standing left and right in front
of the entrances to give strong protection against evil
spirits.
