Ullas House, Nandi's, Villa Pagoda and
Naga Naga have been built as private houses by people falling
in
love
with Bali. The houses will satisfy particularly travellers
who search for tranquility and attach importance to individual
living.
All houses are built in a Balinese style with care and love
to details and are comfortably furnished with teak furniture.
Each house has a private garden as well as its own pool, which
can be used 24 hours. The species rich well tended gardens
offer plenty of retreat options and guarantee with pools and
garden pavillons ( „bales“) a restful time. All
properties and buildings are facing the west offering tropical
sunsets while relaxing on the terrace or in the balinese bale.
The houses are situated away from street noise in the middle
of the old rice terraces of Penestanan. You only need 15
min. on foot to reach the center of Ubud which ist the
main
spot for
Balinese culture and arts.
Right in front of the houses you can start a stroll through
the beautiful ricefields. In the vicinity you will find a
huge variety of restaurants, some also offer home delivery
on call.
The culinary range starts from „simple“ warungs
with Balinese delicacies to the best french restaurant all
over Indonesia , so you rather will be spoiled for choice.
In addition you will find a well stocked up supermarket in
walking distance.
Ubud is an ideal starting point for those who prefer getting
deep in touch with the original Balinese live and spirituality.
Getting dressed up nicely with appropiate Balinese clothing
you can take part in temple ceremonies which take place
throughout the year.
During your stay Kadek will take care of you including preparing
breakfast, cleaning the house and giving support on dressing
up for temple ceremonies. Yan is our gardener and also
doing the pool service. Collin and Jerni are helping Kadek
to clean all houses and making breakfast.
